When members of Congress trade stocks within 30 days of voting on related legislation, we track it. Every correlation scored 0-100 based on timing, trade size, and industry match. Correlation is not accusation — but patterns are worth watching.
How Scoring Works
Timing (0-40 pts): Trades within 3 days of a vote score highest. Before-vote bonus (+10): Trading before voting is more suspicious. Amount (0-30 pts): Larger trades score higher. Industry match (0-20 pts): If the stock's industry matches the bill topic. Score ≥70 = flagged for review.
